about

Dov Hammer's first album as a band-leader. The Daily Blues was a group that mixed a lot of funk influences into it's electric Chicago style Blues.
This album was recorded live in the studio, no overdubs, after the band had honed the songs to perfection in countless live shows

Most of the songs are band originals, many of them written by the entire band together. Two Blues classics are included : BB King's "How Blue can you get" and Albert King's "Angel of Mercy"
